uPVC windows and doors

Multi-chambered uPVC profiles with steel reinforcement inside the frame. uPVC does not rust, does not need painting, and its chambered structure gives it far better thermal and acoustic performance than a plain aluminium section. Available as two- and three-track sliders, casement, top-hung and tilt-and-turn. The natural choice for bedrooms facing a main road, and for anyone tired of repainting window frames.

Aluminium system windows

Engineered aluminium systems with proper drainage channels, EPDM gaskets and multi-point hardware — a different product from ordinary fabricated aluminium. Slimmer sightlines than uPVC for the same opening, powder-coated or anodised in a wide range of finishes, and strong enough for large spans where a uPVC frame would need an extra mullion.

Slim series windows and doors

Very narrow aluminium sections that maximise glass and minimise frame. Used for balcony doors, glass partitions, pooja room doors and internal screens where the design intent is a thin dark line around a large sheet of glass. Popular in contemporary interiors across Anand and Vadodara.

Slim doors and partition systems

Choosing between uPVC and aluminium in Gujarat's climate

Glazing options

• Single glazing — 5 mm or 6 mm clear, tinted or frosted glass. The standard, economical choice.
• Double glazed units — two panes with a sealed air gap. A noticeable difference on a noisy road and on a west-facing wall in May.
• Toughened glass — required for full-height panels and doors, and sensible anywhere children are around.
• Reflective and heat-reflective glass — cuts glare and solar gain on south and west elevations.
• Frosted and etched glass — for bathrooms, staircases and any window overlooked by a neighbour.

Hardware, mesh and finishing

Windows fail at the hardware long before the frame gives up, so we fit multi-point locks, quality rollers and friction stays rather than the cheapest option. Mosquito mesh can be built into the frame as a separate track, fitted as a pleated retractable screen, or made as a removable panel — important through the monsoon in Central Gujarat. Every installation is sealed with weatherproof silicone and, where needed, backed with a proper drip and drainage detail so water runs out rather than pooling on the sill.

Maintenance

Wipe the frames with a damp cloth and mild soap — no solvents or abrasive pads. Clean the bottom track of sliding windows regularly; dust and grit in the track is what ruins rollers. Once a year, check that the drainage holes in the outer frame are clear before the monsoon, and put a drop of light oil on hinges and friction stays. Properly maintained uPVC and system windows should run smoothly for many years without any refinishing.
